Shipping & Returns


At the time of purchase we will ask for your shipping preferences. Unless advised specifically, we will always default to the least expensive and sometimes the slowest method of secure delivery.

Equipment will always be insured and the cost of shipping and insurance will be over and above the price of the products ordered. This cost will be added to the invoice amount unless other arrangements are made. If you would like the exact amount for the cost of shipping your order, we will be pleased to obtain a price and notify you in advance of shipping.

Please be advised that we do not ship to PO Boxes.


You may return new, unopened products within 15 days of delivery. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any opened or damaged packaging. Any damaged packaging will be evaluated before a refund can be issued. We only replace items if they are defective or have been damaged during shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

There are no returns on furniture; including treatment tables, stools, cabinets and utility carts, as these are all custom made to order.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
